Cinnamon and vanilla cheesecake on a bed of our signature caramel soaked chocolate chip banana bread, baked on a Biscoff cookie crust and topped with cookie butter, lotus cookie crumbs and cookie, plus a chunk of banana bread!

I also have TWO with whipped salted caramel on top instead of cookie butter (because I ran out 😅)

GLUTEN FREE GOLDEN OREOS ON BOARD!

Sometimes it’s difficult to find our usual gluten free graham crackers, and honestly, I’m sure not everyone loves them. Lately I’ve been noticing more gluten free Oreo options. I’m currently stocked up on Golden Oreos, but if there’s a different flavor you know of and would prefer for your gluten free cheesecake, LET ME KNOW! :)

🍓 Strawberry Rhubarb compote on a vanilla cheesecake, baked on our signature graham cracker crust

Okkkkay! I know I’m beyond late posting the description for yesterday’s colossal Girl Scout Cookie box but… they sold out so fast and, better late than never! 🤪

SAMOA: salted caramel cheesecake with a layer of Samoa cookie chunks, baked on a scratch made shortbread crust with Trefoil cookie pressed into it, topped with chocolate ganache, salted caramel, coconut, Samoa crumbs and a cookie.

THIN MINT: Mint chocolate cheesecake with a thick ribbon of Thin Mint crumbs baked on an Oreo and Thin Mint hybrid crust, topped with mint chocolate ganache, Thin Mint crumbs and cookies.

When I do the bar boxes, each cheesecake yields just 12 bars, which is why they sell out so fast. So sorry to everyone who wanted one and missed out - there’s always next year! And there will always be more variety boxes! 🫶

P.s. I might use this song for every post forever because I just love it that much. 😂

💕To all of you women (and the same two thoughtful men - plus one new - who surprise their wives with cheesecake year after year), I thank you for your continued support this Mother’s Day! Because of you, I’m able to earn an income for my family AND be present as a Mother to my children. In a sense, you’ve all become our never wavering village! 🫶💕

I hope you all feel loved, cherished, appreciated and spoiled not just on this day, but every day.

P.S. I didn’t even take photos of all the cheesecakes ordered, it was truly an insane end to the week baking and decorating. 🤪 I’m tired, and I hope you’re all in cheesecake induced coma. ✌️💗😴
