Due to increased amount of vector mosquitoes in the Bar Nunn area, the mosquito department will be fogging in Bar Nunn starting around sunset. Weather permitting. For more information on chemical used please visit our website.

Due to the increased risk of WNV in Vista West area, the mosquito Team will be fogging Vista West tonight starting at sunset. As our testing results on mosquito pools (not humans) have indicated that mosquitoes are carrying WNV, in which if a mammal is bitten, they could contract the virus.
Knowing this we would like to strongly encourage the community in this area to be cognizant of their water sources and Please Follow the 4 D's.

1. Drain Standing Water: Such as Bird baths, Dog dishes, water troughs, and old tires.

2. Defend yourself: where bug spray (10-30% Deet) especially Sunset to Sunrise.

3. Dress: Wear light colored clothing including long sleeves and pants when hanging out or working outside.

4. Dawn and Dusk: limit outdoor activity during these times. Vector mosquitoes are most common during twilight hours and night.

🦟Vista West, Natrona County International Airport, and north of Evansville (locations and days are subject to change)
🦟The purpose of this application is to abate a mosquito species that could potentially carry West Nile virus. The purpose of the aerial mitigation is for public health and safety.
