Natrona County Residents located south of the North Platte River may now utilize Rozol prairie dog bait to mitigate infestations. In a reversal, the EPA removed the ban in this area. Good morning, We were unable to fog last night in North Casper due to the rain. We will try again tonight (8/28/25) in North Casper area from around 8pm-10pm

Tonight the mosquito abatement team will be fogging in the north casper area

Tonight (8/26/2025) the mosquito abatement fogging team will be fogging in Evansville area and in the Bessemer Bend area. Remember that we will shut off the fog truck if you are outside and turn it on when we are clear of you, however we would prefer and strongly recommend that you head indoors and wait 15-30 minutes after we have gone by to go back outside.

As it seems like we are getting out of mosquito season, we want to remind and inform the community that the Culex tarsalis mosquito are still out and potentially dangerous. This being said, PLEASE wear bug repellent, long sleeve shirts and pants when out near sunrise and sunset. Protect yourselves out there while you are having that fun BBQ!!
