Cassatt Water is actively monitoring the situation and encourages everyone to use water wisely—small conservation efforts can make a big difference.

Cassatt Water was honored to dedicate its Board Room today in recognition of Donna Tuttle, who served as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2024.

During her tenure, Donna’s leadership guided a period of significant growth and progress, strengthening our system and enhancing service to the community. We are grateful for her lasting contributions, which will continue to benefit our employees and customers for years to come.

❄️ Winter Weather Reminder for Cassatt Water Customers ❄️

Dear Cassatt Water Customers,

As we prepare for the upcoming winter storm, please take a few minutes today to locate your water meter box and your home’s main shut-off valve.

If water pipes freeze or burst, knowing where your shut-off valve is can help minimize water damage to your property.

Depending on storm conditions and road safety, Cassatt Water may be unable to immediately send staff to shut off water at individual properties. Being prepared now can make a big difference—and may help you avoid a service call fee for customer-side issues.

If you see a main line water leak, please report it immediately by calling our office or after-hours line at 803-432-8235.
