Some fire safety lessons families can practice at home include:

✅ Knowing what smoke alarms sound like
✅ Identifying two ways out of each room

Today, we met up in Daytona for a Meeting! It was a great opportunity to learn, connect, and enjoy some team bonding, all while receiving valuable information to bring back to our schools to ensure our little kiddos continue receiving nutritious meals that help them grow, learn, and thrive.

MONDAY REMINDER 💙

If childcare is on your to-do list, you don’t have to have everything figured out today.

Maybe you’re expecting and planning ahead.
Maybe you’re returning to work.
Maybe your work-from-home schedule is changing.
Or maybe your current childcare arrangement simply isn’t working anymore.

Whatever brought you here, starting the search early gives you more time to ask questions, compare your options, and find the right fit for your child.

Rivers Edge Academy currently has enrollment opportunities for Infants through Preschool.

Have questions about our program or wondering what availability looks like for your child’s age group?

📩 Send us a message or schedule a tour. We’re happy to help you start the conversation.

🇺🇸 Remember & Honor

Today we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and to honor the brave heroes who helped others that day. It's a gentle reminder to teach our little ones kindness, courage, and caring for one another. ❤️

🦦 BEFORE YOU TOUR!! Here are 5 questions we recommend putting on your list:

1. What does a typical day look like for my child’s age group?

2. How do you communicate with families throughout the day?

3. What happens when my child moves to the next classroom?

4. How do you handle big emotions and challenging behaviors?

5. What should I expect from my child’s first few weeks?

💙 A good tour isn’t just about seeing the space. It’s about finding out whether the program fits your child AND your family.

Save this post for your next childcare tour—and don’t be afraid to ask questions!
