🥾☀️ Another beautiful day for the COA Walking Club!

This week's adventure took us to Bonneyville Mill State Park, where we explored scenic trails, enjoyed views of the river, and visited the historic mill to watch corn being ground into cornmeal. We even had a chance to purchase some fresh cornmeal!

With plenty of interesting terrain and beautiful scenery, we ended up walking an unexpected 4 miles! We wrapped up our outing with a delicious brunch at Essenhaus.

What a wonderful day of fresh air, exercise, and great company! 🍂

🚶‍♀️ Want to join the fun? Join the COA Walking Club every Thursday morning at 8:00 AM at Front Street Crossing! It's a great way to stay active, explore new places, and enjoy time with friends! https://casscoa.org/event/walking-club-fsc
