Shifts & Schedule:
We’re a 24/7 operation, so we need awesome dispatchers all day, every day. Shifts are 12 hours and rotate (days, evenings, overnights, and yes, even holidays). Don’t worry, you’ll get your days off – we believe in the 2-2-3 schedule.
Example:
• Week 1: Work Monday & Tuesday, Off Wednesday & Thursday, Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Week 2: Off Monday & Tuesday, Work Wednesday & Thursday, Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday
What We’re Looking For:
• Must meet the minimum age requirement
• High School Graduate (or equivalent)
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute (your fingers should be in training!)
• Pass a dispatch test (you can take it at home, no pressure)
• Must pass a background check & drug screen (no funny business)
