Our Grandparents' Day Celebration will take place on Thursday, September 10, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for primary and intermediate students (preschool-5th grade). This event is a Title 1 Family Night.

Students will leave campus at their normal dismissal time and then return with their grandparents or grandfriends to enjoy the celebration. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in classroom activities, enjoy refreshments in the cafeteria and visit the Book Fair together in the library.

We look forward to honoring the important role grandparents and grandfriends play in our students’ lives during this special celebration!

The Class of 2027 kicked off their senior year with a little fun and a generous heart!

On the first day of school, seniors walked the halls wearing cartoon character backpacks as part of a fun senior tradition. After the first day, students donated the backpacks to our Bright Futures program, where they can be given to younger students who may need a new backpack for the school year.

📸 Pictured are just a few of the seniors who participated.

Our kindergarten cats are settling right in to their new school!

Students have spent the first few days getting to know their teachers, meeting new friends, learning classroom routines and of course, exploring the playground!

We’re excited for all the learning, growing and fun ahead for our students this year!

Last week, we officially kicked off another school year and we wrapped it up with a Friday full of celebrations!

🎉 We kicked off the morning celebrating our staff with a visit from the Wildcat Wagon! A special thank you to Roaring River Adventures for generously providing fresh-baked cookies for our entire staff.

🐾 Our primary and intermediate students had their first visit from the Big Cats and kicked off the year with their first PBS assembly.

🏈 Then it was time for Friday Night Lights! We hosted the Barry County Brawl, enjoyed outstanding performances from our band, cheer team and youth cheer campers, and got our first look at the newly updated stadium lights!

🏆 And the perfect ending to a great first week? The Wildcats defeated the Cubs and brought home the Barry County Brawl trophy for the FOURTH consecutive year and the ninth time in the last 10 years!
