We all do our best to keep the car organized, but heavy bags, water bottles, laptops and toys have a way of piling up. In a crash, anything loose in the car can become a projectile. You can't always keep all objects home, but you may be able to rearrange some things in your car to keep them from flying in the event of a crash.

A new report in CDC’s MMWR found that from 2020 through 2024, unsafe sleep practices were present in at least 3 in 4 sudden unexpected infant deaths (SUID) based on data from the SUID and Sudden Death in the Young Case Registry. Safe sleep practices can help reduce SUID risk.
