Truth is we have been dragging our feet posting this.... cue the crying emoji!!! 😪 Our Health Clerk, Sarah Foster, has always had this plan to leave CES when her last child did. -WE- have been in denial about said plan. But this sad sad day has come and our amazing friend is going to stay at home and be mom again. ♡ Sarah has worked at CE for eight years as our Health Clerk. The level of care Sarah has given our students (and honesty staff too!) has been such a blessing to us. We will miss her calm demeanor, expertise in her job, wicked sense of humor, raccoon-loving, mama bear presence in our lives. Thank you, Sarah for the love and care you have given to ALL of us. Happy first day of summer vacation! Maybe you are already on a trip somewhere or just still laying around in your jammies! Whatever it is you do this summer we hope you have a fantastic time!

School resumes on August 10th, but before we are all together again make lots of memories and have so much fun! We can't wait to hear!

One of the most special things we do as a Cub family, The Clap Out! This is our way of sending our sixth grade Cubs off to middle school! What a wonderful (and sometimes overwhelming!) feeling to have your whole school show up clapping and cheering you on as you leave campus for the last time! And let's hear it for the sixth grade parents waiting on the other side of the gate with hugs and tears and balloons and photos ops and... tears...I'm not cry, you're crying!!!

The end of the school year brings the end of a lot of things (school for one!) It also brings lots of new beginnings (like summer vacation!), but for this beloved educator, it brings both! For Ms. Lina Talukder it is bringing the end (for a little while!) of teaching, but the beginning of the next great adventure! We sure will miss seeing you on campus, Ms. Talukder, but cannot wait to hear all about your travels! There are no yearbooks available for purchase through the school. All orders were placed through Treering.com. You are still able to order a yearbook to be delivered to your home, but they will not make it to school before the end of the week.
