ME Time is a FREE 6-week virtual workshop for teens ages 13โ€“17 in Carbon, Emery, and Grand Counties. Youth will learn new coping strategies and practical ways to manage stress, difficult emotions, and everyday challengesโ€”all in a supportive, fun environment!
