Good morning! Wanted to alert you to another opportunity for local driver's license services. Friday 1/30 and Saturday 1/31, a mobile DOL unit will be set up at the Kelso Public Library. See attached slide for more details.

Another way to renew your expired license is to visit the Washington DOL webpage at www.dol.wa.gov for most basic drivers licensing services.

A reminder that our office does not handle any drivers licensing services. Our services are limited to those related to your vehicles/vessels.

For those needing basic drivers licensing assistance, please follow this link for information about a mobile DOL unit that will be available Tuesday, January 13th at the Kelso Public Library.

Our office does not handle any transactions related to drivers licensing. Until Kelso finds a location to reopen their office, your next closest options are Centralia and Vancouver. We will continue to share information as it becomes available regarding future Mobile DOL visits to Cowlitz County.

For those of you who haven't been into the office in the past few weeks, you may not know that we're losing a member of the Castle Rock Auto Licensing family. Tammy joined our team after moving to Castle Rock from Battle Ground five years ago. She has been an invaluable member of our team and helped grow our office with her customer service and licensing experience.

Tammy is relocating with her husband to Mississippi to be nearer to family that live there (including three granddaughters). While the move involves mixed emotions, we are excited for her next adventure and sending her out with nothing but love and well wishes. She has been more than just an employee; she is our friend, work-mom and valuable community member.

Enjoy your next adventure Tammy! You will be missed.

We are open today, on Christmas Eve, normal hours (9:00 - 5:00).
Closed tomorrow for Christmas Day!
Normal hours resume 12/26/2025 (9:00 - 5:00).

Next week, we will only be closed on New Years Day. Otherwise, we will maintain normal hours.
