Douglas Regional 9-1-1 provides emergency dispatch services for 15 law and fire agencies. This is the official page for Douglas Regional 9-1-1. Douglas Regional 9-1-1 will have a fireworks hotline in place starting at 6pm to report illegal fireworks in unincorporated Douglas and Elbert County. You must know the exact location of where the fireworks are coming from - not an approximate location. Please do not use 9-1-1 to report fireworks. We wish you all a happy and SAFE 4th of July!
