Hope's Promise Foster Care, Adoption and Orphan Care HOPE’S PROMISE is a Christian, non-profit child placement agency licensed by the State of Colorado.

We facilitate both domestic and international adoptions. HOPE’S PROMISE was founded in 1990 by Paula Freeman, after she and her husband adopted their daughter, Hope, from India. We have been serving both birth and adoptive families since that time. We accept applications from adoptive families who live throughout the United States and abroad, and provide counseling and support services to birth fa

milies who reside throughout Colorado. We began Hope’s Promise Orphan Ministries, our orphan care division, in 2002. We’re serving the fatherless and orphaned worldwide by establishing homes to feed, teach, heal and share Christ’s love.

Today, our office had the incredible honor of welcoming home Paula Freeman(middle left)— the founder of Hope’s Promise.

Thirty-six years ago, Paula dared to believe that every child deserves a family and a future. That belief became a mission. That mission became a movement. And today, that legacy lives on in every life we touch.

Seeing Paula walk through our doors was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. Her heart, her courage, and her unwavering faith laid the foundation that we are privileged to build upon every single day.

Thank you, Paula, for your vision — and for trusting us to carry it forward. We are so deeply grateful.
