Elect Brian McKeown - FBI NAA Section IV Lieutenant with the Castle Shannon Police Department running for FBINAA Section IV Representative.

My name is Brian McKeown and I am running to become the FBI National Academy Associates Section IV representative at the FBINAA National Annual Training Conference in Niagara Falls in 2026. Since graduating in Session 264 of the FBI National Academy in 2016, I have felt a calling to give back to an organization that has made such a lasting impact on not only my professional development but, more i

mportantly, on a personal level as well. We all know the values and knowledge we gained during our many hours spent in the classroom and during enrichment activities. But we grew as leaders and individuals to a much greater degree by talking and listening to each other. Whether it was a story of a classmate having navigated through a tumultuous time at their agency or a private conversation between friends where we shared some adversity in our personal lives, this NA experience enriched us all in ways we could not have anticipated. It reinforced the value of teamwork and collaboration

🎉 Congratulations to Brian McKeown on being elected as the new FBINAA Section IV Representative!

A graduate of FBI National Academy Session 264, Brian brings nearly 28 years of law enforcement experience with the Castle Shannon Police Department, where he currently serves as Lieutenant. His dedication to the FBINAA includes serving as President of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter, as a member of the National Training Committee, and as Sergeant-at-Arms at the National Annual Training Conference.

Brian is a dedicated husband, father, and leader who believes in the power of collaboration, communication, and building strong relationships. We look forward to his leadership and service as he represents the members of Section IV.
