…And students getting help with homework…
And adults learning to speak a new language…
And the support to our local communities as vibrant places to learn and play!
The variety of ways to use the library depends only on YOUR imagination!

As we wind down National Library Week, we're reminded that people of all walks of life use their libraries in a variety of ways. From help finding a job to access to the internet, and from checking out books to picking up a DVD for family movie night, different people have different needs and libraries across the country work hard every day to meet those needs. "A library is not a luxury, but one of the necessities of life." - H.W. Beecher ❤

The Friends of the Andy Ausonio Library are happy to have been able to help with the Library's Back to School Activity Bags program. Here's a nice note from our librarian, David T:
We...handed out all 50 of our Back to School Bags last week, so we’re looking forward to the Activity Bags next week. And...some other people liked the idea because now it’s going to be a county wide program. ...I just got an email right now that they have 500 bags for the entire county. Thank you Friends for helping with a wonderful program!

And THANK YOU David, for such a wonderful idea for our communities school children!
