Large brushfire on Sinking Creek mountain on the 621 side. No structures are threatened at this time. Big thanks to Stations 3 and 4 for assisting us. And hats off to U.S. Forestry and Va Dept of Forestry for such a quick response with manpower, dozers, and a helicopter for water drops. Please use caution driving in the area as they will have many big trucks coming and going for a few days.
