Hey! Did you know that our Auxiliary now has their own page? The Valley Chemical Fire Company Auxiliary has been such an amazing asset to our Station with on scene assistance, fundraisers, and more for over 50 years! Speaking of fundraisers, we'd like to thank all of you for your continued support via donations through our 2026 Mail Drive. Your monetary support greatly helps to bring in new equipment and keep our existing equipment up to date, as well as our members safe, to better serve the community. Thank You!

In a few short hours we will be opening up for the last night of carnival. The grounds open at 5 P.M. and the weather looks absolutely perfect with hardly a cloud in the sky! This will be perfect, so keep your eyes peeled above the carnival grounds around 7:00 P.M. for the Above The Poconos Skydivers that will be making the 6000-ft trek onto the baseball field with Freedom Smoke and an American flag to help us celebrate 250 years of the U.S. of A!
Dave Stamm and The Lucky Afternoon Band will take the stage around at 7 P.M. with all your classic rock favorites.
We would also like to thank Bourbon and Bloom Printing for designing and donating these awesome 250 year anniversary theme station shirts!

We're ready to see you smiling faces tomorrow! But first, we wanted to shout out some those who've gotten us here for the 2026 edition of Carnival! We'd like to thank Ponduce Farms for their generous donation of the potatoes used for our stands this year! We'd like to welcome a new vendor in Citrus & Sugar Co. who will be offering cotton candy and dirty sodas at their stand on Friday and Saturday of Carnival. And finally, a list of those who have a part and help each and every year! We cant thank you, and our members enough for the time and effort put into this annually! If we miss anyone, we're sorry! But lucky to have so many helping! You know who you are!

While this year's Carnival won't include fireworks, we will still be Celebrating 250 years of Freedom! Skydivers from Above The Poconos Skydivers will be dropping into our Carnival grounds, toting our nation's flag and trailing smoke! The plan is to take-off from Numidia Airport (Numidia International as we know it 😂), fly over our grounds, and then ascend to 6000 ft before making the jump around 7pm on Saturday evening! This, for obvious reasons, will be weather dependant! Keep your fingers crossed for fair weather, and come join us for the celebration! Please feel free to share this post, and spread the word!
