The Town of Cathlamet is now accepting applications for the position of Seasonal Lifeguard.

This is a part-time position at the hourly rate of $17.13, plus paid sick leave at the rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked per WA state law. No other benefits are offered in this position. Returning guards may receive up to an additional $0.50 per hour. Applicants must be at least 14 years old and hold or obtain a CPR/AED/First Aid and Lifeguard Certification through required training. Applicants must be available to attend any required training when specified.

The Wahkiakum County Treasurer's Office is currently accepting resumes for a Deputy Treasurer II position. This is a part-time position and will not exceed 89.5 hours per month. The Deputy Treasurer II assists full-time staff with both regular and special office tasks. Applicants must be able to work in a safe, efficient, and cooperative manner.

Duties include:
Assisting with daily office operations
Collection of property taxes
Receipting departmental revenues
Monthly reporting
Maintaining financial reports

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong technical and communication skills
Ability to perform accurate, legible work
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
