Saturday Catlett Volunteer Fire and Rescue hosted our annual “Catlett Training Days”. We had live burns and focused on repetitions of the basics and had members of Warrenton Volunteer Fire Company and New Baltimore Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company as well as Fauquier County Fire Rescue System. It was a great day of training and we can’t wait until next years!

Catlett Vol. Fire & Rescue Company has been extremely active over the last 24 hours, responding to three working fires. Last night, units were dispatched to two separate fires in the Bristersburg area. This morning, our crews are assisting the New Baltimore Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company on a house fire in the Vint Hill area. Several mutual aid units from Stafford and Prince William Counties have lent their assistance to these incidents.

The workshop is quiet tonight because Santa's Elves have been working non-stop worrying over every detail to make sure tomorrow's Cookies with Santa event is perfect for all the good boys and girls!

Santa Claus is coming to town! Saturday, December 6th.

The annual cookies with Santa event is being held at Trinity United Methodist Church from 10am to 1pm. Please note Santa is going there for photos FIRST this year.

Below is the route for our Santa run, which will be held the same day. We will be leaving the firehouse at 1:00 pm and hope to end around 3:00 pm. During the run, you will be able to track the big guy on a Santa tracker. The link will be posted on the morning prior to his departure.

As he travels through Catlett, Santa will be collecting Toys for Tots. If you would like to donate a new unwrapped toy for a child in need, please give it to any of the emergency vehicles that are accompanying Santa. We have added a few extra stops this year in case you don't live along the route you welcome to wait there for him.

If you happen to miss Santa during the run, you can drop off your donation at the Firehouse (3447 Catlett Rd).

This fun-filled event is FREE and open to all. As we wrap up our annual Toys for Tots drive, we kindly ask- if you're able - to bring a new, unwrapped toy to help spread holiday cheer to local children in need. 🥫❤️
