Introducing Fiona 🦛

Are hippos your favorite animal? Have you ever dreamed of snuggling one? Well here’s your chance!

Sweet adorable Fiona came to us as a stray recently that was abandoned and left unclaimed. She was found wearing a harness, but had no form of ID, chip, or collar.

While we’re still on a first name basis with her, we know one thing is for sure. She’s an absolute doll.

When I laid eyes on her for the first time, I was instantly reminded of the viral hippo sensation Fiona at the Cincinnati Zoo.

We haven’t dog or cat tested yet, but will after the long weekend.

She will be spayed, chipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested, dewormed, and current on preventatives before an adoption is final.

She is able to be fostered to adopt or even rescue pulled.

These three sweetie pies were found dumped on Tigerswitch road and at Rick of being harmed. Now they’re available to be adopted or rescue pulled.

They can be fostered to adopt meaning you’re fostering until they receive their vet care (spay, vaccines, chips, heartworm testing, etc). Or if you just want to foster even if you don’t want to adopt, that works too!

August and Arizona are two young male kittens still looking for their furever home!

Both have been neutered, vaccinated appropriately for their age, and given a flea/tick treatment.

Playful, friendly, sweet, good with cats, dogs, and kids. Litterbox trained as well.

Temp Fosters Needed 🚨🚨🚨

Brando and friends could desperately use a break from the shelter. Some have been here for a few months, while others have been her for a year, or longer. They could all use a vacay from the shelter, along with some of our other dogs.

Everyone has been altered, vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, and current on preventions.

Patriot is the only heartworm positive dog. He’s completed his doxy for the first step of treatment. Now he has a month to wait before his injections.

Brando- 1 year and 5 months

Dee Dee- 8 months

Loki- 4.5 months

Zoey and Zeus- 3.5 months

Patriot- 1 month

Everyone is dog and people friendly.
