The Greene County Veterans recently participated in Athens Community Day, which took place on a day with exceptionally pleasant weather. During the event, Veteran James Castle and Vee Carl engaged with local residents, distributing informational materials about forthcoming events within the Veterans Community in Greene County.

A huge thank you to our veterans volunteer, Carol Voeks. She presented Deputy Director Arin VanDemark and Director Tyler Lynch (not shown in the picture) with 250th Anniversary hats. Carol then visited veterans in The Pines nursing home and gifted them hats.
