We have received a few inquires about "FLOCK" cameras. We do not have any contracts, agreements, or access to Flock Safety or any other ALPR (Automated License Plate Recognition) providers.
The DeFlock website shows a Flock camera at the corder of Healing Springs and North Main. This information is incorrect. DeFlock relies on citizen reports of camera locations. Apparently, somone reported a camera at this location that does not exist. Previous comments related to this misinformation have been archived.

There seems to be some confussion as to what city, if any, Murdock Road is in. The entirety of Murdock Road is in the City of Cave Springs from Healing Springs to just south of Evening Star. From Philpott Road to the 90-degree curve to the east (if you are traveling north), The Bentonville city limits is on the west side of the roadway. From that curve to the north, Cave Springs is on both sides of the roadway until just south of Evening Star Road.

We are under a burn ban until.... Well, who knows?!?!?!?

The Benton County Fire Marshal has extended the 24 Hour Burn Ban and will continue to extend this burn ban until further notice. No outdoor, open burns are permitted until further notice. AR Code § 27-51-1004 When a school bus stops and displays its alternating red warning lights for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers, every operator of a motor vehicle or motorcycle meeting or overtaking the school bus from any direction shall bring the motor vehicle or motorcycle to a complete stop not less than thirty feet (30') before reaching the school bus.

Passing a stopped school bus with flashing red lights also results in a mandatory driver's license suspension ranging from 21 days up to one year upon conviction. Drivers also face a Class A misdemeanor, fines between $250 and $2,500, up to 90 days in jail, and up to 400 hours of community service.
