We are rounding the bend to the home stretch and tomorrow is the last day of EMS Week. You all who chose to spend breakfast with us really made EMS Week a joyous occasion and made this year one of the BEST YEARS for this tradition.

Our chefs wanted to let everyone know, ALL of their Daily Special favorites will be back tomorrow. From the Daily Special of Cajun Sausage, to the tacos, pork and ribsall will be available tomorrow morning. If you've missed trying one of the specials during the week, you have a second chance at deliciousness tomorrow.

Be sure to give a BIG THANKS to our breakfast crew who’s hard work, humor and great attitudes made this week a giant success and one that brought joy and good food to so many.

Day FOUR of EMS Week is now a done deal. It was WILD, one of the busiest days we've ever had here at breakfast. Thanks to the many other agency crews who joined us for the festivities – old friends we've seen many a time, and the new fresh faces who have dropped in for the first time.

It was very hard to narrow it down to just a few of the many captured moments. Here are some of the highlights from today, from the dancing and food to the many alligator encounters our guests got to have.
