Today is the last day to buy your ticket!!!!

Tomorrow Saturday, June 21, will be the Cecil RFD Mule Drop. The Mule will be put in the pen at 10:00 a.m., and will remain there until he chooses a winner. The winner will receive 1/2 of the total ticket sales, that amount is yet to be determined. All tickets will be picked up by Friday afternoon, and Friday evening.

The Fire Department will be having Hot Dogs, Chips and Drinks, all for a donation. We sure hope you will find time to come out and enjoy the day with us at the Cecil Fire Department. We will also be playing BINGO at 5:45 Saturday evening.

Cecil FD responded to a grass fire today at 2333 Hwy 41 contained to 10 acres and protected two structures.

The Cecil Fire Department will be having an Open House/Mule Drop March 29th. If anybody wants to purchase a ticket they are $20 and you can get them from me or any firefighter on our department. The department has been updating trucks and equipment and we look forward to seeing our community at the open house.
