📣Our two Rockstars in the news!

Martin Tyner has spent his entire life rescuing and rehabilitating wild animals. Part of his work has also been saving birds of prey who might have otherwise been put in a zoo or killed.

Update On Susan, So Much Gratitude!

Susan's shoulder replacement surgery 4 weeks ago went extremely well, and she is healing nicely. Martin's job has been watching her like a hawk to be sure she follows doctors' orders. He's got another 5 months to keep her safe from herself, limiting her activities to physical therapy and not work.

We are so grateful for your outpouring of love and support for us during this time and wanted to thank everyone and let them know we are doing well.

Sharing a Quick Update & New Video!

📣 Hello to all the friends and supporters of the Enoch Wildlife Rescue Center!
A little different kind update this time, today it is from me, the Volunteer Critter Webgeek about Critter Vlogmas.

We have had a blast the last couple of years with Critter Vlogmas doing livestreams and enjoying all the interactions and updates with Martin, Scout, Belle, Piper, Helen and Whisper.

A couple weeks ago, I called Martin to ask him about this year’s Critter Vlogmas.

It turned out though, during the call, I never even asked.

I had to think about it after I learned about a new challenge Susan and Martin are facing.

About a month or so ago, Susan injured her shoulder. Given her lifetime of dog grooming, both her shoulders are already pretty worn out. The recent injury, dislocating her right shoulder, was the last straw.

Though she recovered well, for a time, Martin was very busy caring for her. And come the end of December, Susan is scheduled for a shoulder replacement surgery.

So I think it is probably clear now why I could not even ask them about Critter Vlogmas.

I could not ask because I knew THEY would say yes.

So call it the first Volunteer Critter Webgeek Executive Decision, but I think this year, we give them time, as well as all our best wishes.

Though she’ll never say, recovery will be hard for our very high energy and hard working, Susan.

Behind the scenes, she is running the grooming shop AND tending to all the little critters around the clock AND all the paperwork and planning of the foundation.

So making her sit still and heal will be a very tough job for Martin.

I make this update, to share this news with everyone as well as let you know you are welcome to contact Susan at her email: [email protected]

All the best this holiday season to everyone and look forward to more new videos and fun once Susan is fully recovered!

And please enjoy a video I edited with a few clips from past livestreams and some snippets from unreleased videos.

And most importantly, THANK YOU!

Best,
-dg

📣An Anniversary Livestream with all the Wildlife Ambassadors!
Monday, September 29th at 12pm Utah time.
Our foundation was founded in 1997 and even though 28 years seems like a very long time to provide critter care, it is only a fraction of all the years Susan and Martin have devoted to wildlife rehabilitation and education. Please join us online for a livestream with all the wildlife ambassadors to celebrate all the good in the past and gear up for more in the future.
As always, we welcome your stories, comments and questions in advance! Please email to [email protected].
We send so many, MANY, MANY THANKS for all the years YOU have helped us help critters!
