Sofia Talvik: Songs, Strings & Stories Tour 2026 (USA)-suggested donation $20
Swedish singer-songwriter Sofia Talvik, celebrated for her ethereal vocals and seamless fusion of Nordic folk and American musical influences, is returning to the United States for her Songs, Strings & Stories Tour 2026. Following a winter tour in Germany, where she toured on her Christmas album - Wrapped in Paper, which charted as no 3 on Folk radio Charts December 2025, and was celebrated by The New York Times and NPR, Talvik is set to perform 43 shows across 9 states, bringing her intimate and heartfelt music to libraries, art centers, small theaters, and house concerts through PNW to New Mexico.
The tour traces a scenic and musical journey through the deserts of Arizona and the bright lights of Nevada, along the sun‑soaked coast of California, through the lush forests of Oregon and Washington, across the wide skies of Idaho and Utah, and into the mountains and heart of Colorado and New Mexico. Each venue offers a unique opportunity to experience Talvik’s signature guitar-driven performances, where every note and lyric tells a story, and every show feels deeply personal.
Over the course of her career, Talvik has released 10 full-length albums, toured 49 U.S. states, and released three albums with her side project Hansan. Her music is recognized for its emotive vocal delivery, intricate acoustic arrangements, and the ability to transport listeners to reflective and often cinematic spaces. Her songs carry themes of nature, introspection, and connection, creating an intimate experience whether performed in a historic library, a bustling art center, or a cozy house concert.
The Songs, Strings & Stories Tour promises more than just live music — it is a journey of melodies and narratives that highlight Talvik’s gift for storytelling through song. Audiences can expect evocative performances, heartfelt guitar work, and moments of connection that linger long after the final chord.
