Did you know our Food Pantry partners with local grocery stores and gas stations through our Grocery Rescue program?

Grocery Rescue helps keep good, usable food from going to waste by redirecting it to individuals and families in our community who can use it.

For this Throwback Thursday, we’re looking back at how Iron County Care and Share has grown over the years.

What began in 1984 as a community effort led by local churches has grown to include housing programs, a food pantry, shelter services, and so much more.

For more than 40 years, our mission has continued to grow alongside the needs of our community, and we’re grateful to everyone who has helped make that possible.
