Here are some photos from today's protests we will be back out there next Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.. also we had our first media interview today they showed up early and they stayed for nearly the entire protest.

This is a very well written paper that argues for children to have the right to vote based on moral grounds. This article does not go in-depth on the case laws currently in place that would favor giving kids the right to vote. But it's still a really good read we would encourage everyone to read it.

House Democrats and Andrew Yang have pushed for a voting age of 16. That doesn’t go far enough.

So we had our first protest today. We will be back out there next Sunday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. hope to see y'all there. It's kind of amazing to see the natural progression of this. It all started a few years ago when my daughter asked me why she couldn't vote. I didn't have a real answer for her so as I look to answer the question I began studying the laws. Now here we are a few years later with no real reason for denying children the right to vote other than age discrimination. Which means we are now moving to change the status quo because I cannot tell my children that discrimination is wrong and is unacceptable without taking action. So now we protest and fight because it's either do that or be a hypocrite.

What should be the minimum age of voting?
The precise age will end up being left up to the courts and a more absolute reality. The truth of the matter is that we have endless case law in the United States that sets precedents discriminating based on age is illegal and unconstitutional. Furthermore emancipated adults that are under the age of 18 have the right to vote there for violating the 14th Amendment. Furthermore if individuals can be married under the age of 18 and have the legal and social responsibility of being a wife or husband then how come they be denied the right to vote. Also United States already has case law that says that there can be no test in order to show competency of the issues and or what the candidates stand for to have the right to vote. We also have case law that says that the right to vote cannot be restricted because somebody cannot read or spell due to a disability. There for you cannot deny a child the right to vote because they cannot read and spell enough to do so. So the official opinion of this movement is current law violates the Constitution and is blatant age discrimination. Furthermore we have concrete scientific evidence that states that the Judgment center of a person's brain is not fully developed until approximately the age of 30. They're for denying someone the right to vote because they lack the judgment to do so is dangerous legal grounds because if that is the standard then all persons under the age of 30 would lose their right to vote. So the precise age in which children would be eligible to vote will be up to the Supreme Court.
