At times in our lives, we experience overwhelming exhaustion that leaves us feeling lost and unrecognizable. During moments of chaos, it can be challenging to navigate our way back to a sense of self. How can we address this?
In this new season, I know I needed to make a change in my life by changing my habits. In the next five days, I will embark on the transformative challenge that's from Mel Robbin's latest book, "The High 5 Habitat."
We spend more time with ourselves, but we are our biggest critics and spend the least amount of time empowering and improving our relationship with ourselves. Even though I won an election, I still deal with imposter syndrome and this is why this 5-day challenge was important. And this was my way of taking control of my life and ignoring what others think and putting myself first.
