Welcome to Newman International Academy of Cedar Hill (NICH)! Here we partner with parents and community to raise warriors of Wisdom, Stature and Favor! It is a Pre-K through 12th grade tuition-free public charter school that offers college-prep (Associate degree opportunities), classical environment, with an emphasis on the whole-child approach, character development, academics, foreign languages

, championship athletics, STEM, fine arts, robotics, chess, Civil Air Patrol, horse-riding, animal science programs, and more! Formally recognized as Northwood University, the 300-acre NICH campus is one of the most beautiful campuses in the Dallas County and is conveniently located off of FM 1382, neighboring the Cedar Hill State Park.

The Newman Gibbins Varsity cheerleaders and Red Diamonds are hosting a Mini Camp on Saturday, September 12th from 9:00 am - 12:00 p.m. at Gibbins Gym! 📣Grades PK-6th are eligible to register. Campers will work on jumps, tumbling, cheers and chants and a Red Diamonds routine. Those who attend the camp will receive a t- shirt and get to perform with the Red Diamonds and cheer with Varsity during the Warriors first district home game on Friday, September 18th .

Cost of camp is $45 per camper. If you have more than one camper, please complete one form per cheerleader. Payment will be due at check in the morning of camp. Cash and check are the forms of payment accepted.

A big thank you to Mr.Simms for taking care of the amazing aquarium located in Lambert. Students definitely love it and enjoy seeing all the different fish and the live coral habitat. We appreciate his care of the aquarium and sharing his knowledge with the students.(also thank you to Mrs. Elia for capturing this moment 💙)
