Meet Travis! An Employment Case Manager. "I Light the Way Home by meeting with clients and supporting them as they work toward building a path forward through employment, whether that’s through short-term support, part-time opportunities, or a full-time paid apprenticeship. Across all three programs, I aim to help build confidence, navigate barriers, and create opportunities that can lead to greater stability, independence, and, ultimately, a place to call home.
Something that stood out to Travis about Willis Dady is its history. "I enjoy history and seeing how organizations evolve, so it was especially meaningful to learn that the name honors a man who lost his life trying to save a child. [This is] something that truly reflects the compassion at the heart of this organization and that founder Jim Welborn, who had experienced homelessness himself, intentionally chose that name, grounding the mission in real stories and lived experience."
