ECCF partners with local faith communities, agencies, and concerned individuals to provide Linn county residents with limited help with rent, utilities, transportation, education, other basic needs, & supportive services and advocacy. Believing that every person has immutable right to food, shelter, clothing, and lifelong learning,
Believing that these rights do not depend on a person's religious

faith or lack thereof,
Believing that faith communities serve best when they reach beyond their membership and assist the larger community,
Believing that people deserve to be approached with an attitude of trust.

We don't usually purchase personal care items but we do distribute what is donated fairly quickly. For some, lotion is important basic care.

Working, but with extra medical expenses, they owe for May and part of April.

Tye scraped up over $1,000, but the landlord will not accept partial payments.

How about a little love for families we serve on International Family Day? Many struggle hard to make ends meet! 2/2rds of the families we assist financially have a medical issue complicating finances. 1/3 are either female householders, or householders with disabilities, or both.
