NRNA Iowa Chapter Successfully Hosts Oath-Taking & Blood Donation Program
Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Iowa Chapter successfully conducted its Oath-Taking Ceremony along with a Community Blood Donation Program, reaffirming its commitment to serve the community, unity, and social responsibility.
The program was honored by the presence of Chief Guest Mr. Rabindra Upreti (Treasurer, NRNA NCC), along with distinguished guests and advisors Mr. Kiran Basnet, Mr. Baburam Sapkota, and Mid-West Coordinator Mr. Dipesh Gautam. During the oath-taking ceremony, newly elected committee members formally assumed their responsibilities and expressed a strong commitment to making the chapter more active, transparent, and community-focused.
In collaboration with ImpactLife, the blood donation drive saw 18 individuals register, resulting in the collection of 10 units of blood, a truly encouraging sign of growing community engagement. These donations have the potential to help up to 30 patients, directly supporting local hospitals and partners across Iowa and making a real difference within our local community.
The event reflected the strong spirit of unity, volunteerism, and humanitarian service within the Nepali community.
๐ NRNA Iowa Chapter extends its heartfelt thanks to all donors, volunteers, guests, and partner organizations for their invaluable support and participation. Together, we continue to serve the community with compassion and purpose.
