Meet this year's guest speakers for Women in Nature!

Dr. Karly believes our bodies were never designed to live in a constant state of doing. As the seasons shift toward autumn, she invites women to embrace a different rhythm—one of slowing down, letting go, nourishing deeply, and preparing for the quieter months ahead. Blending ancient wisdom with modern medicine, she offers practical, evidence-informed tools that help women feel more resilient, connected, and well.

Ashley Whittlesey will share how hiking the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail transformed her life, reconnecting her with nature, helping her overcome fear, and giving her the confidence to build a business from the ground up. Through stories from six months on the trail, Ashley will explore the lessons of resilience, perseverance, and the power of stepping outside your comfort zone.

It was so wonderful seeing more than 200 people gather to celebrate the beauty of nature and the flavors brewed by Iowa's best craft beverage producers. All this fun supports land restoration and environmental education!
