Good morning! Due to an unexpected Spectrum Internet outage our phone lines are currently down! Unfortunately we are not able to look up customer accounts at this time for. Due to this, service disconnections are suspended for today.

Polk County Water Authority crews will be repairing a leak on Euharlee Street. The road will be temporarily closed and detouring will be required. Our crews are working as quickly as possible to have water service restored and the road available for travel.

Water will be disrupted on Bellview Rd and the surrounding area for a water main line repair. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have water restored as quickly as possible.

There has been a major main line break on Highway 27 North at the bridge near Denton Rd. Water will be disrupted on Highway 27 North and surrounding roads. Our crew is working to have this repaired as quickly as possible.

Polk County Water Authority will delay opening until 10:00 am on Tuesday, 1/16/24 due to early morning freezing and icing conditions.

MAIN LINE BREAK! WATER SERVICE WILL BE DISRUPTED ON OLD COLLARD VALLEY ROAD, TERRY WHITE ROAD, AND SURROUNDING ROADS FOR A MAIN LINE REPAIR! WE WILL HAVE WATER SERVICE RESTORED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
