During my time as a Celina Police Officer and serving as your Chief of Police, I developed a strong bond with the Celina community. I am a dedicated public servant and I now want to continue in service to you as your dedicated public servant on the Celina City Council Place 6. I will use my public safety background, experience, and education to ensure that our public safety

components have the support they need to effectively meet the demands of a rapidly growing community. Chief of Police (retired) Celina Police Department (retired August 2020). Joined the Celina Police Department in 2010 (appointed as Chief of Police in 2016). Served the Irving Police Department for 12 years and obtained the rank of Lieutenant. Served in the United States Air Force Security Police (Sergeant). Worked in private enterprises – sales and sales management. Resides in Celina with his wife, Cindy and their adult daughter, Christine. Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management from Sam Houston State University (4.0 GPA). Additional Graduate level course work in Public Finance and Budgeting, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Emergency Management (4.0 GPA). Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences – Criminal Justice from Midwestern State University (Summa Cum Laude). Dedicated Public Servant and Servant Leader. Current position – REALTOR with The Griggs Realty Group – Fathom Realty
