The Mercer County District Library strives to be integral part of the community it serves by providing materials and services for residents of all ages for personal enrichment, enjoyment and educational needs. The educational needs of the community will be supported with adult programming as well as programs developed to stimulate children's interests and appreciation for reading and learning.

Celebrate 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence with a themed trivia night! America 250 themed rounds include: Revolutionary War, Founding Documents, and other/notable events.

Team registration begins at 6:00 PM in the basement meeting room and trivia begins at 6:30 PM. Groups limited to four people per team with teams not being a requirement.

Reminder: The library will be closed from 12 - 3 PM today, April 3rd in observation of Good Friday.

Join us on Thursday, April 9 at 6:30 PM for an afternoon with author David Fierst as he releases his first book, "Hidden Disgrace". There will be a slideshow from Fierst which includes a pictorial outline with his reasons for writing the book as well as a summary of the book's contents.

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Experience Pass program, offering library patrons free access to museums and attractions across the region. Made possible through generous funding from the Constance Gray Memorial Fund, library cardholders can now check out passes to visit a variety of destinations, making it easier than ever to explore, learn, and enjoy new experiences at no cost.
