It's time for the 17th annual Clay County Chili Cook-Off. Entry forms are available for pick up at the Clay County Senior Citizens Center. Forms can also be emailed to you. This year will be a little special the Clay County Cow Patty contest will take place the same day. More information will be shared at a later date.

We started a pottery class this month at the center. This is so much fun . A huge thank you to Artsy Fartsy from Byrdstown for coming and providing this class for us. This class is funded by a grant we received from the Tennessee Department of Aging and Disability.

This month the senior center decided to give back. We made goodie bags for Caris Hospice patients and filled them with lots of things they can use. Everyone enjoyed decorating and filling the bags. We plan to do this again.
