About Our Services

No Coast Notary Services offers mobile notary services, electronic notarization, and remote notarization to make signings even more convenient for our clients.

By Colorado law, the maximum fee we can charge for a notarization is $5 per document.
The service includes:
Receiving evidence of the signer’s identity,
Administering an oath or affirmation (if applicable),
Applying the signature, notarial certificate, and stamp of the notary to the document.

The maximum fee any notary in Colorado can charge for an electronic notarization or remote notarization is $10.

Mobile Notary Services

Pricing is based on travel distance and the work to be completed.

The fees for us to travel to your location are as follows.
$25 – up to 5 miles from our location
$50 – up to 10 miles from our location
Negotiable – Over 10 miles from our location
These fees are in addition to the $5 notarization fee.

*If necessary, appointments could occur at our place of business.
