Open Day-Free-to the Public! No reservations required.
Meet us at the Hay Barn/Wedding and Events Barn! 30 miles west of Laramie, WY—In the beautiful Centennial Valley
BLM representatives will be on site to answer any questions and approve adoption applications.
** non gentled BLM yearlings and two year olds (geldings) will be on site for adoption. **Burros will also be available for adoption.
**Lunch from 11:00-2:00 Provided by Dave Herring and crew, delicious smoked meat sandwiches and sides. Proceeds go to Shawn Herring Memorial Foundation. Ca$h encouraged.
**Quick Draw Coffee will be here once again serving up some delicious drinks!
**Gift Items-T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Photo Notecards, photos of the wild horses and gift items, hides, jewelry, home décor, baked goods, hand made bowls and baskets. We have several vendors this year! Come and appreciate a Farmers Market/Artistic Fair Vibe. Fall is in the air!
**Pick-up rides will be provided to view the 360+ wild horses who reside at the Deerwood Ranch. Tours to view the wild horses 9:30-2:30—leaving every half hour *Last tour @2:00 Tours are free to the public. No reservations required.
**We are thrilled to have a couple adopted BLM Mustangs on site, giving people the chance to see how far they have come in their training journey. These horses aren’t guided by professionals, but by ordinary people who chose to take a chance on a Mustang and discovered something extraordinary along the way.
