Promoting careers in the electric energy industry. Both corporate and individual donations have been received. Scholarships were first awarded in 2001.

The Alltricity Scholarship Foundation (formerly RMEL Foundation) was incorporated on May 5, 1999 and received its 501(c) 3, IRS non-profit, tax-deductible status on March 3, 2000. The Alltricity Scholarship Foundation’s purpose is exclusively for the charitable and educational purposes of awarding scholarships to deserving and qualified students in engineering or curriculum related to the utility

industry. The Silent Auction was established in 2000 and the Spring Conference golf outing in 2001. The goal of the Foundation is to grow its endowment and also provide scholarships out of current income.

Applications are now open for the $6,000 annual Roy J. Rohla Memorial for students passionate about electric energy.

If you're enrolled in a 2 or 4-year higher education institution or a graduating high school student with a permanent address within Estes Park, Fort Collins, Longmont, and Loveland, this scholarship is for you!

Thank you to all the participants at the 2023 RMEL Foundation Golf Tournament, hosted at the beautiful Arrowhead Golf Course this past week. ⛳👏

The RMEL Foundation is ecstatic to share that we have raised over $66,000 for students pursuing careers in the field, contributing to a strong workforce in the industry for years to come. 🎓

This is by far the most funds raised during the golf tournament and we couldn’t be more thrilled and grateful for sponsor and golfer generosity, making this event a success – thank you! We’re already looking forward to hitting the links and golfing for a great cause with you next year! 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️
