Michigan City of Center Line

Michigan City of Center Line The Michigan City of Center Line been a community now for over 85 years!

Center Line is a proud community with many families third and forth generations residing in this close-knit community located in the heart of Metro-Detroit. Our children have access to a great school system, awesome local parks, recreation and library services. The residents enjoy one of Michigan's safest communities with so much potential for growth, even as it is fully developed. Business owners

have also enjoyed the benefits of a small town as many are still today owned and operated by local residents. The future is bright as the City Downtown Development Authority works closely with business owners to create a walkable, pedestrian friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy. With businesses like Binson's Medical Supply, FCA Mopar, Rinke Chevrolet/Buick/GMC, Crest Ford and Sodecia USA, the community is well supported by a strong tax-base. With the support of our businesses and residents, many great initiatives have begun in Center Line, including the re-establishment of our K-9 Unit, the Center Line Independence Festival, and partnerships built between the local government and business community via the Center Line Business Association. There are homes available if you are looking for a community that has a strong small-town lifestyle and is a great place to live, work and play.

A Road That Connects Our Communities

We went out and captured a few photos along 10 Mile Road here in Center Line, taking a closer look at one of the roads that has been part of our community for generations.

Stretching across approximately 15 cities and municipalities from St. Clair Shores to South Lyon, 10 Mile Road is an important east-west corridor throughout Metro Detroit.

Weโ€™re grateful to the residents and visitors who travel through Center Line every day and contribute to the energy and character of our community. Whether youโ€™re passing through, stopping by a local business, or calling Center Line home, youโ€™re part of what makes our community connected.
