Before & After: Center Point Horticulture Department 🧼🏈

LOOK AT THE DIFFERENCE! 👏🏾🔥

This week, the City of Center Point Horticulture Department has been hard at work preparing Center Point High School’s football stadium for the upcoming season! 🏈💪🏾

Our team spent the week pressure washing the entire stadium, bringing years of dirt and buildup off the bleachers, walkways, walls, and surrounding areas.

These before-and-after photos show what hard work, dedication, and pride in our community can accomplish! 🙌🏾

We are proud to help make sure our students, athletes, families, and fans have a clean and welcoming place to enjoy Friday night football. 💙🏈

Thank you to our Horticulture Department crew for putting in the work! Your efforts may happen behind the scenes, but the results speak for themselves.

🚧 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT 🚧

Did You Know? Not Every Road in Center Point Is Maintained by the City.

Many residents are surprised to learn that some roads located within the City of Center Point are actually maintained by Jefferson County or the State of Alabama, not the City.

This means issues such as:
🌳 Fallen trees
🕳️ Potholes
💧 Drainage or ditch problems
🚧 Roadway hazards
🛣️ Road maintenance concerns

may need to be reported to the agency responsible for maintaining that roadway.

For City-maintained streets, please contact Center Point City Hall( 205-854-4460) so we can respond as quickly as possible.

Knowing who maintains a roadway helps ensure your concern reaches the right department and can be addressed more efficiently.

Thank you for helping us keep the City of Center Point safe, clean, and informed!
