Good Morning Centerton! Centerton Utilities is currently on site working on a main water line repair with the help of Centerton PD and Fire Department directing traffic at Greehouse Rd. This main line repair is affecting services along Greenhouse Rd. including the Starbucks and attached businesses.
Please note, residents may see pressure issues.
Also, the main break may have stirred up sediment, not dirt. If you see this, please flush your lines with cold water to clear it out.
We are working as quickly and safely as possible to get this repaired.

Our payment portal will be down today, Thursday, April 2nd at 3:00pm for maintenance. We also will not be able to access any customer accounts during this time. We will be back up and running tomorrow, Friday, Aril 3rd at 8:00am. We apologize for any inconveniences.

During this window, computer systems will be unavailable. The upgrade may last until Saturday morning, September 27, 2025, at 8:00 AM CT.

Dear Centerton Water Consumers,

Voluntary Water Conservation:

Due to the current extended period of hot and dry weather, daily water demand from our supplier is at its peak. Our water provider, Benton Washington Regional Public Water Authority, has requested voluntary conservation measures be implemented for all member municipalities.

To support these conservation efforts, the Centerton Utility Department kindly requests that you follow an odd/even schedule for all lawn and landscape irrigation. If your street address ends in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8), please water on even-numbered days. If your street address ends in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9), please water on odd-numbered days.

Your cooperation with these conservation measures is greatly appreciated. Utilizing these measures will help ensure reliable water service for all of our residents and will hopefully help us avoid any further conservation efforts for the remainder of the summer.
