ISO: a gently used Wii. The one we have here has bit the dust. If you have one you're looking to get rid of, give me a shout! Thanks 😊

We would like to take a moment during National Volunteer Week to recognize and thank Ms. Nancy Leathers for her outstanding service to CES. Her volunteer work in our cafeteria has been invaluable, and we appreciate her dedication and commitment. Ms. Leathers is an exemplary representative of our "Dawg of the Day" values.

The Hickman County Senior Center will be opened tomorrow, February 2, 2026 for normal hours. The road beside Karco Auto Parts is mostly clear. There is a spot that does still have some ice. The Senior Center parking lot is also mostly clear. Again, there are still some icy spots. The main highways are clear, but some side roads are still covered with ice. Please use caution and your own judgement about getting out.

Monday and Tuesday, February 2 & 3, 2026, there will be no Meals on Wheels, home delivered or dine in.

Ann's Fitness Class will not meet on Tuesday, February 3, 2026.

Both the Meals on Wheels Program and Ann's Fitness Class follow the Hickman County Schools on closing. This means if there is no school in Hickman County, these programs do not operate.

Again, you must use your own judgement AND caution about getting out. If there is still ice around your vehicle and the roads you travel, I urge you to stay in.

Please stay safe and warm. Please contact the center at (931)729-2102, 8 am to 4 pm, Monday - Friday, if you need further information.
