If you can't drive up to your rural mail box or curb side box to get your mail then that means your mail carrier can't either. Please plow or shovel in front of your mailbox so your mail can be delivered. Thank you so much!

As a result of the Corona Virus pandemic, the postal service is experiencing delivery delays due to limited transportation availability. I promise, our goal is to move packages as expeditiously as possible. We are doing the best we can throughout the country. Be assured that everyone is looking for their package and please be patient before calling the post office for an inquiry. Don't be concerned if the tracking is idle for several days. Remembering Kolton Gonnerman. City carrier in Albia. He will be missed by so many. The United States Postal Service was very fortunate to have him as an employee.🤎 Amber the postmaster in Albia stated she never had an employee at such a young age that affected the dynamics of the office in such a positive way as what Kolton did. His nickname in Albia was Superman.... Rest easy Kolton....Thank you for all you have done for the United States Postal Service...We love you..🤎
