Happy August!!
July co-op was well attended. Our next co-op will be August 20th at 5:00. Please bring a dish to share and your own table service. Those attending always have a good time filled with conversation and laughter. We do play some entertaining Bingo games.

Our beautiful building is available for gatherings. Please call Marie at 641-436-0118 to ask about using the building. The building can be used for four hours, a day or an evening, and for two day homecoming events. It is a good place for family reunions, graduation parties, showers, and funeral dinner gatherings. The board has lowered the price for rental. There is a full kitchen for an extra fee.

The fall trip is to Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, and Plymouth Sept. 26 - Oct. 4. This trip is now full and all payments are in. The trips for 2027 are planned. April 3-11 we will travel to Amelia Island, St. Augustine, and Jacksonville, FL. Then September 25-Oct 3 to Myrtle Beach a show trip. I have posted the flyers on Facebook. There are flyers at the club, too

We are looking into hanging quilts in our building to absorb some noise. We have had several quilts donated already, but we could use a few more. If you have any you would like to donate please contact Kathy 641-856-9044. We appreciate your help.

ATTENTION: I have a lady that is wanting to donate of her aluminum ramp and deck. The ramp is 9 feet long and 36 inches wide. The deck measures 5 feet square. Also she would like to donate 2 chair lifts that are barely used. Contact Marie at 641-436-0118 if you know of anyone that could use these. Please pass the word to anyone that you know. On Thursday after co-op we will have a short board meeting to go over last meeting’s items to finish with decisions.

This Thursday the 16th is monthly co-op. Come and join the fun. We begin at 5:00. Bring a food dish to share and your table service. We furnish drinks and Bingo.
