What a turnout for the car show and Operation 31. Thank you Central. Sinnerville Saints will be rocking out out at the Depot till 5pm today. Come meet some of the National and World leaders for the Punishers Law Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club and see the Memorial Wall for fallen brothers on Display.

Car show on Mainstreet 9am-2pm, then come to the historic Depot from 2pm-5pm for Operation 31 with the Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, Central Police Department and Central Fire Department . Sinnerville Saints will be on stage 2-5pm. Fire Dept. Is Grilling Hamburger and Hotdog Plates. An evening of family fun.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Town of Central will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13th, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Town Hall, located at 1067 W. Main Street, Central, South Carolina 29630.

During the meeting, Town Council will consider a Unified Development Ordinance for the Town. The public is invited to attend.

Copies of the draft document are available for public inspection at Town Hall and on the Town’s website at www.cityofcentral.org.

Public Notice:
Fifth Construction Company will be installing a new sewer line down Maw Bridge Road beginning around June 15-22. Work will take several months to complete so please expect delays with lane closures along with gravel in the roadway. We will update the status as provided to us by the Construction company.

Due to changes in the request, the Public Hearing for the PUD-R that was scheduled for Monday, June 8 has been postponed to a later date.

A new hearing date has not yet been determined. Once a date is set, we will provide proper public notice.

A weekend of Fun June 12 and 13. Kicking off the car show and Operation 31 with a classic Rock n Roll band Xzempt, on Friday night June 12 from 6pm-9pm. Traveling Taps beverages will be at all 3 events. On Saturday June 13, the Car Show will kick off of on Mainstreet from 9am- 2pm. Across the tracks from 11am-12 noon, Motorcycles will be on Display before the Operation 31 Memorial ride at 1pm. When the Car Show winds down at 2pm, The Historic Depot cranks up from 2-5pm with Central Police And Central Fire Departments partnering with the Punishers Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club with music by Classic Rick n Roll and Blues Band, Sinnerville Saints who are always a Central favorite, Central Fire serving Hamburgers and Hotdogs along with The Depot Dog's world famous Chili. Auctions and raffles benefitting Mike "Gator" Michael Spearman, Shop with A Cop, and the Chapter 31 fund for supporting families of Fallen Brothers. Fun for the family...dont let the bikes fool you, the Punishers are Public Safety officials and like minded individuals who believe in helping others. Come out and enjoy the events.
