Mobile Home Setup Information

The following information is a generalized version of the typical sequence for setting up your mobile home after your foundation has been laid, you have inspected your home upon delivery, and a contract has been signed.

- We will install polyethylene sheeting or other moisture retarder over the ground whereas required by manufacturer’s instructions and building c

odes.
- We will position your new home on its foundation. Using a combination of hydraulic jacks, rollers, and winches.
- We will block and level the home, make adjustments as necessary to precisely align the floors and roof.
- We will anchor the home to the foundation.
- We will connect to water and septic tank (within 10 feet included).
- We will Install steps with handrails, if contracted through us.
- We will provide additional services upon request as documented in estimate/contract.
- We will require a final “setup” walk through with client when above has been completed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to get all final inspections by state or local inspectors for electrical.
