Anthony washes cars for the dealership two days a week and does an excellent job. Yesterday, we had a great experience touring Centralia House Restaurant and meeting Chef Aaron. Our individuals and staff learned how a professional kitchen operates and gained insight into working in a high-end restaurant. We learned about expediting orders, serving meals, and the demands of restaurant work. Chef Aaron was an excellent host and explained many aspects of the restaurant to our group.
